Katie is our linguistics specialist with a keen eye for detail when it comes to the written word. After her degree, Katie trained as a journalist and has worked in just about every role a newspaper offers, from trainee reporter to business editor and news editor, including spells in charge of the entertainment and education pages. She’s particularly talented when it comes to taking a subject which might at first seem dry or dull and turning it into inspiring copy. When she’s not busy typing away, Katie is usually found out and about with her three daughters or on the netball court with a local team.

After years working as a voice-over artist in the USA, Abi returned from Los Angeles to North Yorkshire and quickly found her niche working in content. While she’s busy with social media day-to-day, there’s nothing she doesn’t know about the film industry and her experience and contacts have come into their own on many occasions! Home life is dominated by two teenagers and a very large dog.
